What will be the timings of the live classes with Zoe?

The current schedule for the LIVE Classes with Zoe are 9:00 AM (Tuesday), 9:00 AM (Thursday) and 9:00 AM (Saturday) Indian Standard Time

Please note that these timings are subject to change and the exact schedule will be communicated prior to the start of the challenge. 

What if I can't attend the live classes due to work / difference time zones / network issues?

Don't worry about it! You will also get a PDF document detailing each and every workout (including video explanations for each movement) AND I will also summarise the live workouts in a short snippet for you to view and complete in your own time!

I have an injury / medical condition, can I do the challenge?

I advise all clients, even those without any injuries / medical conditions, to get themselves cleared from their doctors prior to engaging in a fitness routine. 

The SWZ Challenge contains dynamic movements and high intensity exercises. If you have an injury or medical condition which prevents you from engaging in high intensity exercise, I would strongly recommend you to get a clearance from your doctor before signing up for the challenge. 

Will the workouts work for people with different fitness levels?

Yes! The Challenge has been made keeping in mind beginner, intermediate and advanced level participants. Each workout has inbuilt tweaks which allow you to complete the routine as per your own fitness level. 

Will I get a diet plan?

Nutrition doesn't have to be difficult, in fact I do not believe in exclusionary "diet plans". They simply do not work in the long run.


Instead, as a part of your reading material, you will receive a comprehensive Healthy Eating Guide which details some effective tools and methods which have been used personally by me for years and also for hundreds of clients to get their nutrition back on track. 

What equipment do I need?

Although you can easily complete the challenge with basics such as just a pair of dumbbells (a weight that you're comfortable with) and some resistance bands (tension that you're comfortable with), we highly recommend you get the following to get the most out of this challenge AND to have a set of super useful yet cheap equipment at home 


Ideal Equipment List

Dumbbells: Pair of 3KG + one pair of 5 KG OR 7.5 KG OR 10KG. 

Resistance Bands: One (light resistance)

Mini Resistance Bands: One (light resistance)

Workout Mat: 5MM non slip and cushioning

Skipping Rope: Optional
