All my workouts are shown as videos with me performing the exercise as well as explained in writing so if you know the movements already you can simply go ahead with the workout. Further, there are 'HOW TO' videos that explain the technique and variations possible for each movement or combination of movements in the workout so that anyone at any level can do it.

'Awaken' was my first release under the Stronger with Zoe umbrella. It consists of a series of 3XFour-Week programs requiring ZERO equipment and is suitable for all levels of fitness.

'Transform' is my second release under the Stronger with Zoe umbrella. It consists of a series of 4XFour-Week programs requiring a light pair of dumbbells and a set of resistance bands!

All my programs have been specifically designed to cater to ALL LEVELS of fitness. Variations of the movements and specific workout programming allow you to either level it up if your more advanced or tone it down if you are new to the exercise!

Both Awaken and Transform are currently priced at just Rs.899/- plus taxes for each 4-Week instalment!

The workouts can last anywhere from 30 mins to 45 minutes.. BUT, this depends on you! I have designed the program so that you compete ONLY with yourself. It is essential that you try and challenge yourself to complete the workouts within the suggested timelines, but even if you don’t - it’s absolutely alright! What’s important is that you do them and try your best to improve each passing day!

I do believe very strongly that safety comes first and have therefore designed the program with videos that explain each movement with details about technique, as well as options for all fitness levels.
